Designates a 3.971-mile portion of State Route 35 running through Daly City in San Mateo County (from postmile 27.09 to postmile 31.061) as the Alice Peña Bulos Memorial Highway.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of appropriate signage for the special designation and erect signs upon receiving sufficient donations from nonstate sources.

Honors Alice Peña Bulos, a community leader who spent four decades serving minorities and underrepresented groups through work in political empowerment, domestic violence prevention, and healthcare advocacy.

Recognizes her credentials including a master's degree in social and behavioral sciences, professorship at University of Santo Tomas, and appointment to the National Council on Aging by President Clinton in 1993.

Notes her numerous leadership roles including State Chair of the Filipino American Caucus, California Democratic Party, and her induction into San Mateo County's Women's Hall of Fame in 1988.
