Designates the Alamo River Bridge on State Route 115 (Evan Hewes Highway) at the entry to the City of Holtville, California, as the Marine Corporal Erik H. Silva Memorial Bridge.

Requests the Department of Transportation to determine the cost of erecting appropriate signs showing this special designation consistent with state highway signing requirements.

Authorizes the Department of Transportation to erect the memorial signs upon receiving donations from nonstate sources to cover all costs.

Honors Marine Corporal Erik H. Silva, who died on April 3, 2003, at age 22 when his platoon was ambushed in Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom while serving with the 3rd Battalion, 5th Marines, 1st Marine Division.
