Expresses California's concern that Roe v. Wade is in jeopardy due to federal regulations, executive orders, judicial appointments, and state legislation creating barriers to abortion access.

Urges the President and Congress to support women's fundamental right to reproductive decisions and comprehensive reproductive health care access.
