Defines "recovery residence" as a residential dwelling housing six or fewer individuals in a cooperative living arrangement supporting recovery from substance use disorder, including sober living homes and unlicensed alcohol and drug-free residences.

Applies to recovery residences that do not require Department of Health Care Services licensure or do not provide licensable services.
