Requires the State Board to adopt, reject, or modify the Superintendent's recommendations by January 31, 2024, with written explanations provided for any modifications or rejections to the Governor, Legislature, and relevant committees.

Allows the State Board to revise its adoption schedule for curriculum frameworks and instructional materials aligned to history-social studies standards if revised standards are adopted by March 31, 2024.
