Requires state agencies to prepare standardized regulatory impact analyses for all major regulations (removing prior exemption for major regulations proposed before November 1, 2013)

Mandates that economic impact assessments and standardized regulatory impact analyses identify regulations adopted within 10 years prior in the same title/division and include brief summaries of previous economic impact analyses for those regulations

Requires state agencies to post standardized regulatory impact analyses conspicuously on their websites within 24 hours of submitting to the Department of Finance

Requires the Department of Finance to permanently post a copy of each standardized regulatory impact analysis on its website within 10 days of receipt
