Requires the Department of Consumer Affairs, Commission on Teacher Credentialing, Department of Real Estate, and State Department of Public Health to place a military licensure icon or hyperlink on their website home pages linking to licensure information for veterans, service members, and military spouses.

Mandates each licensing agency display specific data including the number of applications from active duty service members, veterans, and spouses; waived renewal fee requests; expedited application processes and timelines; and availability of temporary or provisional licensure options.

Requires the Department of Consumer Affairs to establish a gateway on its Military Member Resources page consolidating information on temporary/provisional licensure and licensure by endorsement options across all boards.

Directs the Department of Veterans Affairs to place a military licensure icon or hyperlink on its website linking to the licensure information pages of other state agencies.

Requires an annual report to the Legislature compiling all collected military licensure data from the participating agencies.
