Requires county agricultural commissioners to publicly post approvals, denials, or postponements of pesticide applications classified as restricted materials within 1/4 mile of schoolsites.

Mandates commissioners provide notice to K-12 school principals at least 3 school days before pesticide applications near their schools.

Requires the Department of Pesticide Regulation to publish annual reports by April 1, 2021 and each year thereafter detailing agricultural pesticide use within 1/4 and 1/2 mile of schoolsites, violations, racial composition of affected students, and combinations of restricted pesticides used in proximity.

Requires county agricultural commissioners to report annually by August 1, 2021 to impacted school districts about pesticide use within 1/4 mile of schoolsites (July 1-June 30) and any pesticide incident reports, with information posted on their websites and made public.

Requires commissioners to present annual report summaries to school district boards that were impacted by at least one documented pesticide incident and establishes state reimbursement procedures for resulting local program costs.
