Makes nonsubstantive changes to Section 65583 of the Government Code relating to housing element requirements in local general plans.

Changes grammatical language from "The housing element shall contain" to "The housing element shall contain all of the following" for clarity.

Replaces "Where" with "If" in three locations (sections 4(A), (B), and (C)) to improve grammatical consistency in describing conditions for site identification and rezoning requirements.

Updates emergency shelter zoning language from "The" to "An" identification of zones to correct article usage.
