Amends Section 13300.7 of the Elections Code to make technical, nonsubstantive changes to provisions governing voter information materials.

Replaces gendered language "his or her" with gender-neutral "the voter's" throughout the section.

Changes "Internet Web site" to lowercase "internet website" for consistency with current style standards.

Maintains existing authority for county and city elections officials to establish procedures allowing voters to opt out of receiving printed voter information guides and polling place notices by mail in favor of electronic delivery.

Preserves all substantive requirements including voter identity verification, confidentiality protections, opt-in/opt-out deadlines, and web accessibility standards.
