Requires California State University Trustees to make labor peace agreements a condition of all food service contracts and hotel development projects where CSU has a proprietary interest.

Labor peace agreements must prohibit labor organizations from engaging in picketing, work stoppages, boycotts, or other economic interference with food service or hotel operations.

Applies to all contractors, food service employers, and hotel employers participating in covered contracts or projects.

Extends requirement to food service contracts and hotel development projects performed by auxiliary organizations in which CSU or an auxiliary organization has a proprietary interest.

Defines proprietary interest to include lease revenues, debt service on loans, project underwriting or guarantees, and other significant economic interests that could be affected by labor-management conflict.
