Creates new "events employee" category for workers at professional baseball venues employed by the venue owner, operator, team, contractors, or vendors who work during any event held at the venue

Requires events employees to receive payment of earned wages by the next regular payday, unless they are discharged or quit, in which case final wage payment rules under Sections 201 and 202 apply

Allows wages to be paid by mail, direct deposit, or made available at a location in the county where the employee was hired or performed labor, with payment deemed made on the earliest of these methods

Specifies that events employees are considered continuously employed and the conclusion of events, games, or seasons does not constitute discharge or break in service

Exempts public employees directly employed by the State of California and local agencies from these wage payment provisions
