Adds family resource centers to the Office of Child Abuse Prevention's federal funding activities, requiring the office to support coordination and sharing of best practices implemented by family resource centers.

Defines "family resource center" as an entity providing family-centered and family-strengthening services embedded in communities with cross-system collaboration to prevent child abuse and neglect and strengthen children and families.

Authorizes child abuse multidisciplinary personnel teams to include a representative of a local child abuse prevention council or family-strengthening organization, including family resource centers.

Establishes that family resource centers may be located in or administered by various entities, including local educational agencies, community resource centers, or neighborhood resource centers.
