Prohibits law enforcement agencies from authorizing or allowing employees to wear uniforms substantially similar to United States Armed Forces or state active militia uniforms.

Prohibits law enforcement agencies from authorizing or allowing employees to wear uniforms made from camouflage printed or patterned material.

Defines "substantially similar" as a uniform that resembles an official military uniform such that an ordinary reasonable person would believe the wearer is a military member.

Exempts uniforms that include at least two of three components: a badge or star on the chest, an agency insignia patch on one or both sleeves, or "Police" or "Sheriff" prominently displayed on the back or chest.

Applies to personnel in uniformed patrol, crime suppression, or uniformed duty at events and disturbances; excludes SWAT teams, sniper teams, tactical teams engaged in tactical operations, and the Department of Fish and Wildlife.
