Establishes the Climate Ready Program administered by the State Coastal Conservancy to address climate change impacts on coastal resources within its jurisdiction.

Authorizes the conservancy to undertake projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions and address extreme weather events, sea level rise, storm surge, beach erosion, salt water intrusion, flooding, and other coastal hazards.

Allows the conservancy to award grants to public agencies and nonprofit organizations for climate adaptation projects, prioritizing those that maximize public benefits including greenhouse gas reduction, habitat preservation, flood risk reduction, and recreational opportunities.

Requires the Ocean Protection Council to develop and implement a coastal climate change adaptation, infrastructure, and readiness program to recommend best practices, coordinate with state entities and universities, and facilitate information sharing on coastal climate resilience.

Directs the State Coastal Conservancy to prioritize natural infrastructure projects for coastal communities and provide project information to the Office of Planning and Research for inclusion in the climate adaptation clearinghouse.
