Requires operators of unmanned aircraft systems involved in accidents resulting in injury or property damage to immediately land the aircraft at the nearest safe location.

Mandates operators provide their valid identification, name, current residence address, phone number, and email address to injured individuals or property owners, or leave this information in a conspicuous place on damaged property.

Requires commercial operators to also provide their employer's name and business address in the same manner as personal contact information.

Makes knowing failure to comply with these requirements an infraction punishable by a fine of not more than $250.

Exempts operators conducting commercial operations under FAA Part 107 regulations or holding current FAA waivers, exemptions, certificates, or authorizations from these notification requirements.
