Extends indefinitely the requirement that treated wood waste be disposed of in Class I hazardous waste landfills or composite-lined solid waste landfills, provisions previously set to expire January 1, 2021.

Requires wholesalers and retailers to post conspicuous warning messages about treated wood products at points of display and sale, with updated website references for disposal information.

Mandates the wood preserving industry maintain an internet website, prepare and annually update outreach materials on proper handling and disposal of treated wood waste, and disseminate these materials to generators and facilities that handle treated wood waste.

Requires the Department of Toxic Substances Control to produce annual lists of generators producing over 10,000 pounds of treated wood waste, conduct regular inspections of generator sites and disposal facilities, and post annual public reports on treated wood waste generation and disposal data by July 1, 2023 and annually thereafter.

Permits treated wood waste reuse only if it occurs onsite at the generating facility and complies with approved uses under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
