Expands notification requirements in California's statewide automated welfare system to inform caseworkers when applicants or recipients disclose disabilities or domestic violence experiences that may affect eligibility for exemptions or exceptions across all public assistance programs.

Requires the State Department of Social Services to collaborate with county welfare departments in developing the notification system.

Mandates the notification be immediately visible to caseworkers upon opening an applicant's or recipient's file.

Requires all forms and reports adopted on or after January 1, 2020, completed by public assistance applicants or recipients to include questions allowing disclosure of disabilities, accommodation needs, and domestic violence experiences.
