Requires the Department of Pesticide Regulation to submit quarterly reports beginning with the first quarter of 2021 to specified Senate and Assembly committees and the Office of the Surgeon General.

Reports must include the amount of granular chlorpyrifos used each quarter in pounds and by location of use.

Reports must explain potential reasons for any increase or decrease in granular chlorpyrifos use compared to the same quarter of the previous year.

Reports must describe how the Department monitors exposure to granular chlorpyrifos, with emphasis on dermal and inhalation exposure, and provide information on exposure during the quarter.

Approved by Governor September 29, 2020, citing scientific evidence that chlorpyrifos causes neurodevelopmental harm in children and poses risks to farmworkers and pregnant women.
