Enacts "Brandon's Law" to prohibit operators of licensed alcoholism or drug abuse recovery facilities and certified alcohol or drug programs from making false or misleading statements about their products, services, or geographical locations in marketing materials, advertising, or websites.

Prohibits including pictures, descriptions, staff information, or facility locations on websites along with false contact information that directs readers to unaffiliated businesses without a contract.

Prohibits including false information or electronic links on websites that surreptitiously direct readers to other websites with false information.

Authorizes the Department of Health Care Services to investigate violations and impose sanctions including penalties, license suspension, or license revocation in accordance with existing law.
