Ratifies six tribal-state gaming compacts executed on August 3, 2020, between California and the following tribes: Ione Band of Miwok Indians, Mooretown Rancheria of Maidu Indians of California, Paskenta Band of Nomlaki Indians, Shingle Springs Band of Miwok Indians, Tolowa Dee-ni' Nation, and Tule River Indian Tribe of California.

Exempts the execution of these compacts and their amendments from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) review requirements in deference to tribal sovereignty.

Exempts intergovernmental agreements between tribes and local or state agencies negotiated pursuant to the compacts from CEQA project requirements.

Exempts on-reservation impacts of compliance with the terms of these compacts from CEQA review.

Takes effect immediately as an urgency statute to support economic development and self-sufficiency of the specified tribes.
