Appropriates $112,594,800 from the General Fund for the 2018-19 fiscal year as an augmentation to Item 9840-001-0001 of the Budget Act of 2018 for contingencies and emergencies.

Allocates $76,745,000 to Medical Services—Adult (Schedule 1, Item 5225-002-0001).

Allocates $18,849,000 to Ancillary Health Care Services—Adult (Schedule 5, Item 5225-002-0001).

Allocates $17,000,000 to Adult Corrections and Rehabilitation Operations—Contracted Facilities (Schedule 1, Item 5225-006-0001).

Allocates $800 to Payment to local government for costs of homicide trials (Schedule 1, Item 9300-101-0001), with any unencumbered balance reverting to the General Fund by June 30, 2019.
