Requires associations to deliver documents by email starting January 1, 2022, unless a member has not provided a valid email address or has revoked consent to email delivery, in which case traditional mail is required.

Associations must make a good faith effort to obtain email addresses from all members by June 1, 2021, and annually notify members that providing an email address means they agree to email communication.

Allows associations to deliver documents by either email or traditional mail at their discretion if two-thirds of members approve.

Requires associations managing 50 or more separate interests to maintain an internet website for general member information, unless two-thirds of members vote to exempt the association from this requirement.

Permits associations to satisfy general notice requirements by posting documents on the internet website, and allows members to request general notices be delivered individually instead of through other methods.
