Requires jury commissioners to share information from prospective juror questionnaires with county elections officials for voter roll maintenance activities, including removal of deceased persons, admitted noncitizens, and ineligible voters.

Requires county elections officials to provide jury commissioners with current lists of registered voters for creating jury source lists.

Amends Elections Code Section 2157.2 to update the voter information statement to include that voter registration information may be provided to jury commissioners for juror qualification purposes.

Creates new Elections Code Section 2157.3 limiting county elections officials' use of jury commissioner-provided information solely to voter roll maintenance activities under specified law.

Provides that if the Commission on State Mandates determines the bill creates state-mandated costs, reimbursement shall be made under Government Code Part 7.
