Urges United States Congress to award the Congressional Gold Medal to the 201st Fighter Squadron (Escuadrón 201) of the Mexican Expeditionary Air Force for their service in World War II.

The Aztec Eagles squadron consisted of more than 300 volunteers, including 30 experienced pilots, who trained at Majors Field in Texas from November 1944 to February 1945.

Squadron flew over 90 combat missions totaling more than 1,900 flight hours with the United States Army Air Forces during the liberation of the Philippines in 1945, with five pilots killed in action.

All veterans earned multiple decorations including the Philippine Liberation Medal, Philippine Presidential Unit Citation, Asiatic-Pacific Campaign Medal with Battle Star, and WWII Victory Medal.

Secretary of the Senate shall transmit copies of the resolution to the President, Vice President, Speaker of the House, Senate Majority Leader, and California's congressional delegation.
