Governor must immediately notify affected cities and counties in writing when suspending statutes, orders, rules, or regulations that apply only to those specific jurisdictions.

Office of Emergency Services must provide legislative committees with updates every 60 days on the goals and objectives of emergency response during a state of emergency.
