Requires reporting on the number of licenses issued, renewed, denied, suspended, and revoked by license category over the previous five years.

Requires reporting on the number, type, and amount of penalties, fines, and disciplinary actions taken by the department over the previous five years.

Removes the reference to Government Code Section 10231.5 and clarifies that reports must comply with Government Code Section 9795.
