Amends Section 4369.2 of the Welfare and Institutions Code to expand the Office of Problem Gambling's gambling disorder prevention program requirements.

Adds problem gambling education and awareness programs that specifically target geographically diverse multicultural populations as a required component of the prevention program.

Renumbers existing prevention program components to accommodate the new multicultural population targeting requirement, shifting empirically driven research from component (3) to (4), training of professionals from (4) to (5), and gambling industry training from (5) to (6).

Makes minor grammatical corrections including changing "youth oriented" to "youth-oriented" and "State funded" to "State-funded" throughout the code section.
