State Air Resources Board must submit an addendum to the Legislature by January 1, 2025 updating its 2004 report on indoor air pollution and associated health impacts.

Addendum shall include updates on ozone-emitting consumer products, natural gas sources, and indoor sources of per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).

Updates in the addendum shall be provided when existing science is no longer valid or requires further development.

Addendum must comply with consultation requirements and external scientific review requirements from the original Section 39930 report.

This section is repealed on January 1, 2029, and implementation is contingent upon legislative appropriation.
