• Authorizes $3.302 billion in general obligation bonds for agricultural, food system, and farmworker programs, subject to voter approval at the November 8, 2022 statewide election.

• Allocates $780 million for improving agricultural resilience and sustainability, including grants for soil health, water efficiency, methane reduction, organic farming transition, and prescribed grazing infrastructure.

• Provides $637 million to protect farmworker health and well-being through affordable housing development ($450 million), energy-efficient housing improvements ($50 million), drinking water access ($100 million), and emergency alert systems ($12 million).

• Dedicates $750 million to expand healthy food access and combat hunger through school kitchen infrastructure ($230 million), emergency food assistance ($150 million), community food programs and farmers markets ($270 million), and senior nutrition programs ($100 million).
