Mandates CSU and requests UC to create student housing plans focused on affordable housing that outline specific actions to meet projected housing needs for fiscal years 2022-23 through 2026-27.

Requires CSU and requests UC to review and update student housing plans every three years after July 1, 2022, including specific actions for the following five fiscal years.
