Requires the Secretary of State to create and implement a procedure by January 1, 2024 to notify limited liability companies when an updated statement of information has been filed with the state.

Notices must be sent to the mailing address or electronic mail address on file for the limited liability company or foreign limited liability company prior to submission of the updated statement.

Makes conforming changes to Section 17702.09 of the Corporations Code regarding limited liability company filing requirements and statement of information procedures.

Removes obsolete language regarding the operative date of provisions related to limited liability company statements of information.
