Exempts policies of comprehensive personal liability insurance written by nonadmitted insurers from requirements to include workers' compensation coverage for household employees.

Section 11590 of the Insurance Code does not apply to comprehensive personal liability insurance issued by nonadmitted insurers.

Maintains existing exemption for policies where employee services are connected to the insured's trade, business, profession, or occupation as defined in Labor Code Sections 3355 and 3356.
