Requires owners of acute care inpatient hospitals to update their seismic safety compliance submissions by January 1, 2023, including a report on services provided in each building.

Amends Section 130066 of the Health and Safety Code, which implements the Alfred E. Alquist Hospital Facilities Seismic Safety Act of 1983.

Expands existing reporting requirements for hospitals that do not substantially comply with seismic safety regulations and standards described in Section 130065.

Specifies that no state reimbursement is required because the bill creates duties related to an existing crime, falling under Government Code Section 17556.
