Amends Section 77 of the Labor Code to require the Commission on Health and Safety and Workers' Compensation to post its annual workers' compensation report on the commission's internet website instead of providing it only upon request.

Changes distribution of the annual report to specify it be provided to the Governor, the Assembly Committee on Insurance, and the Senate Committee on Labor, Public Employment and Retirement rather than to the Legislature generally.

Requires the commission to provide its periodic report on improvement and simplification of insurance notices to the Assembly Committee on Insurance and the Senate Committee on Labor, Public Employment and Retirement.

Repeals Section 77.5 of the Labor Code, which required the commission to conduct a survey and evaluation of evidence-based, peer-reviewed standards of care and issue findings and recommendations to the administrative director by October 1, 2004.
