Requires the Insurance Commissioner to revise the existing commercial property insurance pamphlet for small business owners, commencing July 1, 2023, and at least every five years thereafter.

The pamphlet must provide information on key features of commercial property insurance and recommended purchasing steps, including types of insurance, liability limits, and deductibles.

Directs the Insurance Commissioner to make pamphlet copies available to small business operators, business groups, chambers of commerce, and other relevant organizations to the extent feasible.

Makes technical, nonsubstantive language changes to existing Insurance Code Section 10108, including replacing "which" with "that" and clarifying references.
