Mandates the Department of Insurance publish disclosed information on its website on or before April 1, 2024, and annually thereafter.

Defines "fossil fuel company" as a company deriving 15 percent or more of revenue from exploration, extraction, processing, or transporting oil, natural gas, coal, or byproducts.

Defines "fossil fuel project" as projects that facilitate fossil fuel exploration or extraction, or construct related infrastructure such as wells, pipelines, terminals, or refineries.
