Deletes the January 1, 2023 termination date for provisions governing industrial disability retirement benefits for state safety members of the Public Employees' Retirement System, making these provisions permanent.

Safety members retiring for industrial disability receive the greatest amount from three calculation methods: 50% of final compensation plus an annuity from accumulated contributions, a service retirement allowance if qualified, or an actuarially reduced benefit based on service age.

Ensures members do not receive lower benefits under this section than they would have received prior to January 1, 2013.

Makes an appropriation to the continuously appropriated Public Employees' Retirement Fund to cover ongoing benefit payments under these provisions.
