Allows holders of both a beer manufacturer's license and a winegrower's license for a single premises to possess both types of alcoholic beverages simultaneously anywhere within the premises.

Permits beer manufacturers and winegrowers holding both licenses to maintain a designated area for retail sales and consumption of beverages authorized under those licenses.

Requires the dual licenses to be held under identical ownership and either both be master licenses or both be branch offices (not a combination).

For overlapping branch offices, restricts sales to only alcoholic beverages produced by the licensee.

Clarifies that this exception does not authorize any license privileges or activities not otherwise authorized under existing alcoholic beverage law.
