Allows students enrolled in adult education programs offered by community college districts to be elected as officers in student government, in addition to existing eligibility requirements.

Allows disabled students, as defined in Education Code Section 84850(b), to serve as student government officers at community colleges.

Maintains existing requirement that student government officers be enrolled in the community college at time of election and throughout their term with minimum of 5 semester units or equivalent, plus meeting scholarship standards.
