Extends requirements for employer contracts with medical supervisors registered with the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment to provide medical supervision of pesticide-handling employees from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2027

Requires laboratories performing pesticide-related cholinesterase tests to report test results, test purpose, worker information, medical supervisor details, and specimen information to the Department of Pesticide Regulation on at least a monthly basis

Adds three new reporting requirements: the unique identifier of the person tested (including patient ID and member/group information), the National Provider Identifier of the medical supervisor who ordered the analysis, and the accession number of the specimen

Mandates that medical supervisors provide test results and recommendations to workers and employers within 14 days and report any workers with cholinesterase depression to the local health officer

Authorizes the Office of Environmental Health Hazard Assessment, Department of Pesticide Regulation, and State Department of Public Health to share confidential test information with county agricultural commissioners and local health officers for surveillance, investigation, and environmental remediation purposes
