Mandates the director indicate on the web page whether the Unemployment Fund owes money to the federal government and explain how any outstanding debt affects employers' unemployment insurance costs

Requires the director to update the posted information on the first of each month as applicable

Provisions sunset and are repealed on January 1, 2030
