Establishes the Officer Wellness and Mental Health Grant Program within the Board of State and Community Corrections upon appropriation of funds to improve officer wellness and expand mental health resources and suicide prevention efforts.

Authorizes the board to award grants to eligible local law enforcement agencies and local peace officer associations.

Permits grant funds to be used for establishing or expanding officer wellness units, peer support units, hiring licensed mental health professionals, trauma response resources, training, and multiagency mutual aid programs focused on officer wellness and mental health.

Requires applicants to identify the specific program goal that will be accomplished with grant funds.
