Requires the Department of Financial Protection and Innovation to develop and implement a voluntary online training program for officers and employees of financial institutions by January 1, 2025, focused on economic abuse of domestic violence victims.

Training must cover the connection between domestic violence and financial insecurity, prevalence and impacts of economic abuse, protection of survivor privacy and autonomy, identification of suspected economic abuse, and reporting and response procedures.

Department must collaborate with domestic violence survivors, nonprofit organizations, community groups, and other stakeholders when developing the training program.

Clarifies that participation in the training does not make financial institutions mandatory reporters of domestic violence.

Requires the department to publish the complete training program and related educational materials on its website to support public education about economic abuse affecting domestic violence victims.
