Add licensed hospice facilities to the list of health facilities authorized to use automated drug delivery systems for pharmacy services, alongside nursing, skilled nursing, and intermediate care facilities.

Explicitly include automated unit dose systems within the definition of "automated drug delivery system" under Health and Safety Code Section 1261.6.

Maintain existing requirements that the pharmacy is responsible for the drugs contained within the automated drug delivery system and its operation and maintenance, with monthly pharmacist reviews including physical inspection and transaction record verification.

Authorize non-pharmacist personnel to stock removable pockets, cards, or drawers in automated drug delivery systems only if a pharmacist supervises and items are transported in tamper-evident containers with developed facility policies.

Declare no state reimbursement is required because the bill only modifies criminal penalties, which falls under Government Code Section 17556 exemptions.
