Extends the repeal date of carbon monoxide use provisions for burrowing rodent pest control from January 1, 2023 to January 1, 2026.

Requires the Director of Pesticide Regulation to approve continuing education courses that include integrated pest management, in addition to existing requirements for plant health, organic and sustainable practices, water and air monitoring, and other pest management topics.

Makes proprietary information obtained through the produce safety program confidential and prohibits disclosure except by court order, including names and addresses of farmers, growers, producers, and handlers, and data from inspections or investigations.

Prohibits individual produce safety program inspection reports from being made public in their original form, though combined/aggregate information may be disclosed for regulatory purposes.

Makes legislative findings that these confidentiality limitations on public access are necessary to protect proprietary, personal, and financial information received under the produce safety program.
