Extends the authorization for career technical education (CTE) courses to count toward the one-course visual or performing arts, world language, or CTE graduation requirement from July 1, 2022 to July 1, 2027

Requires that any CTE course completed between July 1, 2022 and January 1, 2023 be deemed to have fulfilled the graduation requirement, notwithstanding any other law

Makes the inoperative date contingent on the earlier of July 1, 2027 or when specified University of California and California State University CTE requirements are met

Establishes this as a state-mandated local program requiring reimbursement to local educational agencies and school districts pursuant to existing state mandate procedures
