Requires Cal-OSHA to establish and administer the Farmworker Indigenous Language Outreach Program beginning July 1, 2023, to provide ongoing outreach services to farmworkers who speak indigenous languages.

Mandates Cal-OSHA contract with community-based organizations to provide interpretation services, workplace rights and safety materials, advertisements, public service announcements, and in-person training in indigenous languages.

Requires Cal-OSHA to designate a liaison in each regional office to answer questions and respond to complaints from indigenous language speakers, and to provide technical support to community-based organizations for developing culturally appropriate outreach materials.

Obligates Cal-OSHA to track and post program data on its website starting January 1, 2023, including languages served, number of farmworkers reached, types of services provided, and complaint and investigation data.

Requires Cal-OSHA to submit a report to the Legislature by December 31, 2028, evaluating program implementation, identifying successful and improvable aspects, and making recommendations for expanding outreach statewide.
