Requires the Contractors State License Board to grant a 50% reduction on initial license or registration fees for veterans of the United States Armed Forces, including National Guard or Reserve components, who were not dishonorably discharged

Applies the fee reduction to all initial license types: individual owners, partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, joint ventures, and home improvement salesperson registrations

Requires applicants to provide either a current state-issued driver's license or identification card with "Veteran" printed on it, or a DD214 long form to demonstrate veteran status and discharge grade

Takes effect upon approval by the Governor on August 22, 2022
