Senate Constitutional Amendment 10 of the 2021–22 Regular Session shall be submitted to voters at the November 8, 2022, statewide general election and designated as "Proposition 1" as the first measure on the ballot.

All other Senate and Assembly Constitutional Amendments adopted by the Legislature at the 2021–22 Regular Session shall immediately follow Proposition 1 in numerical order on the November 8, 2022, ballot.

The designation of Proposition 1 and the ordering of other constitutional amendments override standard Elections Code requirements for measure numbering and placement.

$150,000 is appropriated from the General Fund to the Secretary of State to prepare the state voter information guide.

The bill takes effect immediately as a budget-related appropriation bill.
